Letter From a Stranger by Barbara Taylor Bradford

Shirley’s Pick:

(St. Martin’s, 2012)

I really liked Barbara Taylor Bradford’s earlier books. This one was good but not as good. It was very interesting to learn about Instanbul and then when Gran went thru the war and the Holocaust. But in truth it was too sappy…..you knew the man and woman would get together and marry. The book was too draggy in places.
