Of course we want a better life … or do we?

Psychology has traditionally brought the darker side of humanity to light – dependence, fear, disorders, etc. The more recent field of ‘positive’ psychology focuses instead on what it is that makes life most worth living. Peterson presents a diverse mix of carefully researched concepts intended to direct us toward a happier life. The book is dense with advice for making living better. Some may need these reminders more than others, yet all may benefit from the insight. Each snippet is but a few pages long; Read one or two, savour the message and then prepare for more favourable outcomes!
